  • Learn how to safely metabolise unresolved emotions in the body so you can reawaken your sensitivity and unearth your dormant capacity for transformative embodied connections with the natural world.

Your Ecosomatic Guide: Dr Brittany Jane


Dr Brittany Jane is a Somatic Ecologist, Rewilding Mentor, and Nature-Based Soul Guide with over 11 years of experience leading embodied, soul-centric programs in the wild. With a PhD in Ecosomatics, she is a leading voice in the field of embodied nature connection, and her work has supported hundreds of people to transform their relationship with their bodies, and experience connection with the living world.

Her work has received numerous awards for its unique leadership, including the inaugural Westpac Future Leaders Award, and the Prime Minister's Endeavour Award. She has also put her philosophies to the test by surviving 21 days naked in the wild South African bushveld with only two tools and a strong passion for showcasing a different approach to outdoor survival - one that relates to the Earth as a conscious ally and teacher.
